Klarent’s Carnival Creation
Last month, we brought the Rio Carnival to life, right here in Glasgow!
Klarent Hospitality are never one to shy away from a bold event for their annual Employee Awards, and this year was no different. Bringing together every colour you could imagine; our team transformed the DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central ballroom and created a night to remember.
LETS GO MOJITO
No Rio Carnival drinks reception would be complete without our Beachcomber Bar- which is fast becoming a client favourite for Summer events this year. Topped with palm leaves and wrapped in bamboo, our creative production team completed the Beachcomber Bar with a custom sign, featuring stunning graphics used throughout the event.
The drinks reception also featured a striking palm tree backdrop, made from our themed light panels. Our light panels are an amazing addition to any event. Unique and eye-catching, they come in a huge variety of designs and can help enhance your theme throughout multiple areas of your event!
A CEILING OF COLOUR
Up and down like yo-yo's on ladders for a solid few hours, our operations team brought the digital draping plan to life and created this beautiful display- which instantly injected life into the room.
One of the best ways to transform your event space is by adding ceiling draping- and with multi-coloured draping, rows of bunting and fairy lights... this transformation was on another level!
FABULOUS FEATHERS
We love adding a themed or custom branded table centre to each event we help create and, within our vast collection, there are many designs that would be suited to a Carnival theme.
To create a statement, our clients chose to have our Feather Lily Vase table centres in not only one colour, but in every colour we could find!
HAVING FUN WITH FURNITURE
After the meal had finished and the party had begun, our LED furniture range created the perfect bar within the ballroom for the guests to party into the early hours. Our LED circular bar was a welcomed addition as the amazing mixologists continued to create cocktails, while our LED poseur tables and barstools created a vibrant space to continue the evening.
TAKING THEMES SERIOUSLY
By now, you will know our team never do anything by halves. To really transport the guests to Rio, we even managed to source our very own Christ the Redeemer prop!
