 With all of our silent action options, we have the ability to open the auction on the lead up to the event, which allows your guests to get registered and begin bidding on prizes before the event even begins. Additionally, because we create each silent auction on its own dedicated microsite, you can socially share the link to your silent auction- allowing people who aren’t even attending your event to bid on prizes. This, in turn, allows you to maximise the money raised for your chosen cause or charity!

TRANSPARENCY

Our costs to operate, run and manage silent auctions are completely transparent. We DO NOT take a percentage of the money raised at events- every penny raised goes directly to the chosen charity!

We work closely with our clients throughout the lead up to an event to ensure that we fully understand the charities aspirations and targets. We always strive to exceed expectations, it is equally important to us that a full debrief is conducted post-event so that, collectively, we can consider ways in which we can further enhance your silent auctions at future events. Whilst we do not take, nor make money from prizes auctioned at events, we do support our clients by offering a provision of prizes sourced from locally selected partners who provide charitable discounts which are passed on directly. We work with our clients to understand the aims of each charity event, learn about the audience and, most importantly, work to provide prizes that are attractive to your audience.

Not only is Event PAL a flexible solution to enhance your fundraising, it also has the capability to create a fully custom microsite- on which your guests effortlessly bid on prizes and donate to your charity. Our ability to customise your event microsite makes us stand apart from other fundraising software, and gives you a platform to inform your guests all about your cause and the change they will be helping to make by generously donating or supporting your silent auction.

After a meeting and demonstration from our team to get your event booked in, your custom microsite can begin being created and populated with your branding and array of silent auction prizes.

 For their fundraising gala earlier this month, Big Hearts Community Trust chose to use their traditional branding colours throughout their microsite. Opting for a deep burgundy background with white font, and gold highlight buttons throughout the site- finished off with their instantly recognisable logo!

Or Elevate Your Event Theme!

Throughout the year, we work with our friends at HIT Scotland on multiple events across the country. The majority of HIT’s events feature their signature red and white logo, which we also use to build their fundraising microsite. However, their iconic POETS Lunch takes place every year at the end of Summer, and always features a unique theme… this year was no different!

With a performance from Jason Donovan himself, their ‘Especially for You’ themed lunch was complete with a fresh colour palette and amazing graphics throughout the ballroom, classic Australian finishing touches on each table and, of course, Tam Cowan’s outfit...  

With an iPad and QR codes displayed on every table throughout the event, it was important to our team to keep consistent with the colour palette and theme. Using their event branding, we made sure each detail of their microsite fit perfectly with the rest of the room- a continuation of their theme.
