The Roaring 20’s are BACK!

Last month,, all of our brands came together for the long-awaited return of The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice’s (A Little Less) Strictly Come Dancing at the Hilton, Glasgow.

We were so excited to bring the roaring 20’s back and give the guests a night to remember, and look how fabulous it turned out!

EVENT ART SCOTLAND

Creating amazing effects, our Art Deco light panels kicked off the evening with a bang as the guests entered the drinks reception.  Not only do they enhance the theme of an event, they make great photo backdrops!

In the ballroom, our team created a sophisticated look using black table cloths, black chair covers and gold organza chair ties- small details which can be overlooked but really finish off the overall look of your venue!

This sophisticated look was carried through to our ‘Art Deco’ tall table centres, glowing gold in the centre of each table in the room.  These streamlined and highly effective acrylic table centres are created in-house by our production team and we can even add your table numbers to them in an Art Deco approved font!  With 160 table centre designs in our stock, there are countless designs that would be a great fit for a 1920’s themed event.

Our DMX table centres can be lit up in any colour of your choice to fit the theme of your event or even align with your branding.  They can even change to the sound of the music being played, adding another element of detail to your event.

The evening’s star of the show was, undoubtedly, our white LED dance floor- which was never empty from start to finish!

The professional dancers were the first ones to take to the floor, putting on a show for the guests and being scored by the panel of judges.  After the (A Little Less) Strictly Come Dancing competition had finished and the winners were announced, the guests danced the rest of the night away on our sparkling LED dance floor.

 SOCIAL JUNGLE

Our digital photo booths don’t only entertain your guests for the evening and create high-quality images and boomerangs, they can also be personalised or branded with a vinyl wrap to enhance the theme of your event.  Simply ask us when you book your photo booth for a custom wrap and let our design team do the rest!

Our design team can also create and print bespoke backdrops for your photo boot hire, this is a great way to enhance your theme or add in your logo to raise your brand awareness.

EVENT PAL

During the event, and on the days leading up to it, The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice used our silent auction technology to raise an incredible £10,608!

Whether you are hosting a live event or keeping your silent auction virtual, our Event PAL team will provide you with your very custom microsite.  Creating this microsite for The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice meant that on the lead up to their event they could socially share the link for their silent auction and people who weren’t even attending the event could also bid on prizes, increasing the amount of money raised by the end of the auction.

For the event itself, our Event PAL team provided the ‘Hybrid’ silent auction.  This option involves a member of our tech team attending the event and providing a QR code for each table, which guests use on their own phones to access the silent auction during the course of the event and bid on prizes.

Now that the roaring 20’s are finally in full swing and you have a multitude of ideas for your Art Deco themed event, all that’s left to do is get in touch and let our brands bring your event to life!
