With all of our silent auction options, we have the ability to open the auction on the lead up to the event and even after, through your own custom, branded microsite. This allows you to maximise the money raised for your charity by socially sharing the website link before and after. Our team will also use our platform to share your auction and widen your audience even further!

Our three fundraising options are:
Virtual
Our virtual option allows you to create your silent auction fully online, making it possible for anyone in the world to bid on the prizes available. Our team will build you your very own custom, branded microsite which users will sign up and use to bid on the prizes available and even pledge donations to your charity. You have the option to choose how long your want your silent auction to run. This, in turn, increases the money you will raise in your auction with the vast amount of people who can get involved through social sharing.

Hybrid
Similar to the live, our hybrid option involves a member of our team attending your event to assist the guests. However, instead of providing iPad’s, each table will have a plaque containing a QR code with which guests will use their own phones to access the silent auction during the event and bid on prizes. You also have the opportunity to start your auction online weeks in advance to gather interest before the event begins, but also to help increase your reach for those people that cannot attend the event, giving them the opportunity to increase the potential overall profit for your charity.

Live
Our live option involves our team attending your event and providing an iPad for each table on which each guest at the table can take turns throughout the event to bid on prizes. The screens at your venue will give a countdown of how long is left until the auction closes and announces new bids which always engages guests and creates excitement surrounding the silent auction. Flexibility to start your auction weeks in advance online before the live event, to give you a head start on raising more money for your charity.
